AIRPORT SERVICE – CONDITIONS
LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Each adult passenger is permitted two standard suitcases and one piece of carry-on luggage. The dimensions of a standard suitcase cannot exceed 62”/158cm (L+W+H) and cannot weigh more than 50lbs/23kg. All hockey and large duffel bags count as two pieces of luggage. We reserve the right to refuse to carry any excess or overweight luggage that has not been pre-arranged.
- Extra luggage - $25.00 per piece (2 piece of luggage and a carry on)
- Golf bags, skis, Snowboards and bicycles are subject to an extra $12.00 charge and must be prearranged.
- Pets – are subject to an extra charge and must be prearranged.
- Pickup and arrival times are subject to weather/road conditions, location and change.
- Delayed or missed flight arrivals are subject to a ride rate.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
CHARTER, LIMO AND EXECUTIVE SERVICE – CONDITIONS
For overnight Charters, the driver’s accommodations, meals, tolls & parking supplied by clients.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
HOME JAMES cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, costs or other expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, damage, loss or delay of property, delay or inconvenience resulting from:
- The act or omission of any other party.
- Mechanical breakdown, government actions, weather conditions or any other factors beyond our control.
- Rider failure to follow instructions as to arrival points (Ground Transportation) in all Terminals at Pearson.
HOME JAMES reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time before or during a trip his or her conduct is judged detrimental to the harmony or comfort of the trip.
NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL IN VEHICLES
Any damage or illegal actions resulting from passenger’s disregard or negligence will result in fines and /or costs and they will become the responsibility of the passenger.
LUGGAGE
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and one carry-on. Extra pieces will Cost $25.00. Please advise the office at the time of booking if you have more luggage so the proper size vehicle can be assigned for the trip.
DEPARTURES
Departures from any location – approximately 4 to 7 hours prior to flight, subject to weather/road conditions, location and change.
ARRIVALS
On door-to-door Arrival Service airport wait time averages 1 hour.
ADDITIONAL HOLDOVERS due to delayed flights and circumstances beyond our control – Delayed or missed flight arrivals are subject to a fee at an additional ride rate.
CANCELLATIONS REFUND POLICY
48 hours prior, no charge, 24-hour cancellation fee of 50%. Same day cancellation – no refund. Passengers not checking into Ground Transportation or deciding to take alternate transportation, which has been pre-booked with Home James Limo Service without giving proper cancellation, notice – no refund and/or credit card will be charged.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to monitor and inform office of ALL flight arrivals/departures regarding cancellations/delays. As well, passengers are responsible for providing correct flight information regarding arrivals, departures, dates and times.
